After three games were postponed on Saturday, one of the four remaining games on the NBA schedule is the Memphis Grizzlies vs Minnesota Timberwolves matchup. It's the first meeting of the season between the two teams, with the Timberwolves sweeping last season's series 4-0.
However, it's a different story this season as the Grizzlies have been healthier. They entered the contest third in the Western Conference standings, while the Timberwolves are only three games above .500. Minnesota's offseason moves, mainly the Karl-Anthony Towns trade, might have negatively affected them.
In what turned out to be one of the best games of the season so far, Ja Morant scored the final four points of the contest to lift the Grizzlies 127-125. Morant had a terrible game and only had eight points prior to the final minute. His two clutch shots were enough to hold on for the much-needed victory.
Morant finished with 12 points, five rebounds and four assists, while Jaren Jackson Jr. had 33 points and eight rebounds. Desmond Bane added 21 points, five rebounds and five assists, and three bench players had 10-plus points each.

Memphis Grizzlies vs Minnesota Timberwolves Game Summary
In the first quarter, the Minnesota Timberwolves scored the first five points of the game before it became a back-and-forth affair. There were three lead changes, but Minnesota's hot shooting put them ahead at the five-minute mark.
The Memphis Grizzlies weren't going to back down and let the game get out of hand, with Zach Edey leading the team in scoring. Scotty Pippen Jr. beat the buzzer to give Memphis a 35-33 lead. Edey finished the period with eight points and three rebounds, while Donte DiVincenzo had 11 points for the Timberwolves.
It was the same story in the second quarter, with neither team taking over the game. Whenever one side tries to take control, the other fights back to retake the lead. Jaren Jackson Jr. took over for the Grizzlies, with Ja Morant not as effective in his second game back from a shoulder injury.
Jaren Jackson Jr. had 18 points at the half to lead all scorers, while Luke Kennard had 10 points off the bench. Four Timberwolves players were in double figures, with DiVincenzo scoring 16 points. Anthony Edwards was quiet with just seven points in 19 minutes.
The third quarter was more of the same as both teams continued to exchange baskets and not let the other side go ahead. The biggest lead for both teams was six points, with the Minnesota Timberwolves looking like they were about to pull away at the end of the period.
However, the Memphis Grizzlies kept on fighting as the game went to the wire in the fourth. Ja Morant scored the final four points for the Grizzlies, stopping one final shot from Anthony Edwards at the buzzer.
