The team accomplished the feat without Ja Morant, Marcus Smart and Zach Edey. Meanwhile, the Suns, though missing role players Grayson Allen and Royce O’Neal, had their "big three" intact for just 12 minutes before Bradley Beal exited the game with a hip injury late in the first half.
Jaren Jackson Jr. spearheaded the Grizzlies' effort with a dominant performance, posting 37 points and 10 rebounds. Desmond Bane added to the offensive onslaught with 31 points, seven assists and five rebounds. Collectively, Memphis controlled the boards, outrebounding Phoenix 64-55.
Kevin Durant led the Suns with 29 points, 10 rebounds and six assists. Tyus Jones chipped in 21 points, while Devin Booker struggled from the field, contributing 16 points on 4-for-20 shooting. Monte Morris and Mason Plumlee each added 10 points.

The win improved Memphis to 23-11, firmly establishing their status as contenders, while the Suns dropped to 15-17, currently sitting outside the play-in tournament picture.
