Jordan Brand and Jayson Tatum responded to Adidas and Anthony Edwards' recent ad. It hasn't been common to see sneaker brands going at each other in recent times, but just like the person behind its name, the Jordan Brand has taken a jab at Edwards and Adidas.

After Tatum and the Boston Celtics captured the 2024 NBA championship, Jordan Brand celebrated this notable achievement. The promo premiered last night, with Tatum sending a message to his doubters.

"They all got plenty to say; that I don't have what it takes, that I'm not it, that I can't lead, can't close, can't win it all. Well, maybe they'll stop talking now. Then again, maybe it's best they don't," he said.

During Tatum's speech, a billboard with the same color used in Anthony Edwards' promo at the end of May was being covered and dismantled. X (formerly Twitter) account @nicekicks noted that this could be a shot at Edwards and Adidas.

Moreover, Brendan Dunne of Complex shared that a source indicated that this color was used on purpose as a response to Ant and Adidas.

The Minnesota Timberwolves star kept receipts of criticism during the season and responded to all of them in this video. Tatum now used the same formula and the results are drawing a lot of attention from fans.

Jayson Tatum calls out media for favoring Mavericks over Celtics in the Finals

After winning the 2024 NBA championship with the Boston Celtics, Jayson Tatum called out media members for doubting his squad ahead of the Finals duel against the Dallas Mavericks.

The forward shared a compilation of multiple figures predicting an upset from the Mavericks in this series. He called them all 'experts' and added a series of laughing emojis to mock their wrong predictions.

The clip showed prominent media members like Stephen A. Smith, Skip Bayless and Shaquille O'Neal.

The Celtics ended up winning the series 4-1, with Jayson Tatum playing a key role in that win, although he couldn't win Finals MVP honors. The Greens now sit alone as the winningest franchise in the NBA with 18 championships.

Tatum was heavily criticized before and finally overcame the shortcomings this season. The Celtics have a bright future and with this star showing the lead, they can compete to become the next NBA dynasty.
