Michael Jordan's name is synonymous with winning and the NBA legend is winning again, but not on the basketball court this time.
His NASCAR team, 23XI's driver Tyler Reddick clinched an amazing win at the Homestead-Miami Speedway, and who would have loved it more than Jordan's children?
MJ's sons Jeffery & Marcus Jordan and daughter Jasmine Jordan were ecstatic after their father's team's big achievement. After Reddick's big win at the Homestead-Miami, Marcus and Jasmine took to their social media to send a shoutout to Reddick and 23XI.
In a post made on the Instagram story, Marcus Jordan posted the video of the final lap of the race when Reddick took the lead to finish first. In the caption, he wrote:

Jasmine Jordan also reposted a post from "@23xiracing" on her IG story and wrote:
"L.F.G."
The brother-sister duo also made a comment in the post by "@23xiracingl." The post said:
"TICKET PUNCHED. 🎟️ 🌵"
"@tyler_reddick wins and has clinched a #Championship4 appearance!!!!"
In another post, Jeffrey Jordan and his sister Jasmine Jordan had a similar reaction to the post.
"Lets gooooooooo!!!!!! 🔥🔥🔥," Jeffrey wrote in the comment.
"LFG🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥," Jasmine wrote.
Michael Jordan has been a known fan of racing and given how big of a businessman he is, it was only a matter of time before he would take a step in the industry.
Jordan founded 23XI in 2020 and became an owner of a NASCAR team in 2021. He is the co-owner of 23XI with driver Denny Hamlin and Curtis Polk, who is also MJ's longtime business partner.
Michael Jordan heaps praise on Tyler Reddick after Homestead-Miami win
Michael Jordan's 23XI has won races in the past, however, this was the first time that the Jordan-owned NASCAR team has qualified for the Championship 4. The six-time NBA champion made sure that he was in attendance to support his drivers.
Jordan was ecstatic after the win. According to motorsport.com, the basketball legend said that 23XI's crew chief Billy Scott was a bit anxious as Tyler Reddick's car was low on gas and could run out of it anytime.
However, Reddick somehow grabbed an unlikely win given he was third at the start of the last lap. MJ heaped praise on his driver, saying that he was proud of him.
"Little kid drove his ass off," MJ said. "I'm proud of him."
When asked about his thoughts on the last lap, Jordan continued to pile praises on Reddick.
"Oh, man, he just let go. He just went for it and I'm glad. We needed it. We needed it."
Interestingly, 23XI won the race amidst the antitrust lawsuit that it had filed against NASCAR and its CEO Jim France. Another NASCAR team, Front Row Motorsports, has also joined 23XI in the lawsuit that alleges unfair practices by them that "prevent fair competition."
