The Milwaukee Bucks face off against the New York Knicks in Sunday's marquee matchup at MSG. The Bucks are riding high on confidence after a three-game winning streak, which gave them a much-needed break from a streaky run after winning the NBA Cup.

After handling business against teams under .500, the San Antonio Spurs and Toronto Raptors, the Bucks got a huge road win against the Orlando Magic on Friday. The Knicks would be a perfect test for Doc Rivers' men. They are a potential threat to winning the Eastern Conference.

However, the Bucks must be wary of New York's desperate situation. The Knicks have just one win in their past five games, and they will likely come out swinging to defend their homecourt and get back on track.

The Knicks also have a head-to-head advantage from earlier this season, having beaten the Bucks 116-94 on Nov. 8.

Milwaukee Bucks injury report: Giannis Antetokounmpo and Damian Lillard injured ahead of key game

The Milwaukee Bucks have a lengthy injury report ahead of the key showdown against the New York Knicks with four players. Giannis Antetokounmpo and Damian Lillard are among them ahead of this clash. However, they might play as the star duo is listed as probable.

Giannis has been a staple on the injury report, citing a right patella tendinopathy. However, it hasn't limited him much. He's missed six of the Bucks' 36 games. On the other hand, Lillard is dealing with a left calf contusion. He has missed seven games. But the point guard is trending toward playing on Sunday.

The other players on the injury report are Khris Middleton and Gary Trent Jr. Middleton has a bilateral ankle injury, which delayed his season debut. He is probable and likely to play. Meanwhile, Trent is questionable, citing a left hip flexor strain. He could be a game-time decision.
