Fans weren't happy with how NBA star LeBron James interacted with a young fan at the 2024 Paris Olympics. As Team USA prepared to celebrate its gold medal win against France, James was met by a fan who wanted a picture and an autograph. But James shut the fan down and was filmed saying, "enough." The fan backed away as the LA Lakers All-Star went to the venue and danced before entering the establishment.

The video went viral and fans shared their thoughts on X (formerly known as Twitter).

"MJ would never did that," a fan said, immediately comparing him to Michael Jordan.

"Yelling at a lil kid is crazy," another fan said.
"This is why Jordan is the goat. He never let his fans hang high and dry," a fan wrote.

Others tried to look at it from a different perspective and defend James.

"The man don’t want nobody running up on him. He a regular human just like everybody else," a fan said.
"Idk why yall think kids can do whatever and it’ll be okay," another fan defended James.
"He told the kid to stop… yall write anything," a fan said.

The 2024 Paris Olympics could be LeBron James' last Team USA run

After winning the gold medal, there were questions regarding LeBron James' next stint with Team USA. The next Olympics will take place in Los Angeles in 2028, by when he would be 43.

The three-time Olympic gold medalist said he could bid farewell to international competition after the Paris Games.

“No, I can’t see myself playing in LA. I also didn’t see myself playing in Paris. But four years from now, now I can’t see it,” James was quoted as saying by Marc J. Spears of Andscape.

With three gold medals and one bronze, there is nothing left for James to achieve in international competition and Paris 2024 could be the perfect way for him to end his Team USA career.
