NBA fans found a hidden gem in one of the most popular television series of the moment, HBO's "House of the Dragon." The hit show that succeeded the award-winner "Game of Thrones" is recorded in some of the same locations its predecessor used, including King's Landing.

The city that serves as the capital of Westeros and the seven kingdoms, is located in Dubrovnik, Croatia. A picture shared by radio host Kendra Middleton revealed a unique court at King's Landing, which sparked reactions from fans.

"Yoooo Kings Landing has a basketball court. House of the Dragon about to go crazy," Middleton tweeted on Monday.

Fans used this tweet to make jokes about the two series, even comparing characters to NBA players and making up hypothetical scenarios about how some issues should've been handled.

"Having the Mountain as a screener probably the equivalent of having Shaq post-Orlando but I bet Arya shoot that bih and run back without looking like Steph," one fan tweeted.
"You think The Mountain was putting up prime Shaq numbers?" another wondered.

Some fans said that Princess Rhaenyra Targaryen and Alicent Hightower, two of the main characters of the series, should settle their differences on the court.

"Rhaenyra & Aegon should have just played a game of Horse for the throne instead," this fan commented.
"why can’t rhaenyra and allicent settle the beef here 1 on 1," another fan posted.

More fans shared videos and pictures of their visits to the court, showing the impressive views you can find in the city.

NBA star's girlfriend shared her excitement for the premiere of 'House of the Dragon' Season 2

The series isn't only a hit among NBA fans but people within the league. For instance, Anthony Edwards' girlfriend, Jeanine Robel, sent a big message ahead of the premiere of the show's much-awaited second season.

Last month, the girlfriend of the Timberwolves star re-posted a story on her Instagram, declaring that she wanted to have a watch party for the show and picked her side for the upcoming conflict in the series.

“I think I wanna have a watch party! It’s time! The North remembers and so do I,” wrote Robel followed by heart emojis.

So far, the second season has premiered six episodes, so there are only four more to watch in the season.
