"My soul deserves it": LeBron James' wife Savannah James discloses one act of self-love she plans to prioritize

LeBron James' wife Savannah James is a busy woman. From taking care of her family, recording her podcast, and doing philanthropy, the wife of the LA Lakers star barely gets the time to rest.

Savannah James took to her social media to put into perspective the importance of rest in her life. She reposted a message on her IG Story that spoke against the glorification of "exhaustion" and fought for "rest."

"Rest is a radical act of self-love in a world that glorifies exhaustion," the post said.

Savannah wrote that rest was something that her soul deserved and she was going to do.

"If that's one thing I am going to do.... My soul deserves it," Savannah wrote in her story.

LeBron James has also consistently highlighted the importance of proper rest to recharge and take care of his body.

According to ABC News, James revealed that he sleeps 8-10 hours a day. He had also said that proper rest helps him to recover both "physically and emotionally."

Savannah James has largely remained away from the media's lens. Despite being the wife of the NBA superstar LeBron James, she has kept her life private.

However, since Mrs. James started her podcast, she has been open about her life as an individual and as a wife. The wife of the four-time NBA champion revealed a funny side of her personality on her social media.

Savannah James shared a post on her IG story that said:

"I might talk today.. Then not wanna talk to nobody for next 7 days."

Savannah wrote that she was also like this.

"Whhyyyyy am I like this," Savannah wrote in her story.
