On Tuesday night, the 2023-24 NBA season will officially begin. Before the action gets underway, here is a breakdown of different streaming options to not miss any action.
When it comes to streaming NBA games, there is really only one option. That being League Pass. There are multiple packages to choose from, but it's the best option for streaming out of town games.
Other streaming options include YoutubeTV and Hulu, but they will not have the type of variety League Pass does. Another option to look at is HBO Max. Earlier this summer, they announced they'll be streaming a handful of NBA games.
With their new deal, Max will be airing 65 regular season games, All-Star weekend, the in-season tournament and the playoffs. As far as content that'll be available to consume, this might be the next best option behind League Pass.

On Oct. 24, the regular season will begin with a pair of big time matchups. First, the LA Lakers and Denver Nuggets will have a rematch of the Western Conference Finals. After that, the Golden State Warriors will take on Kevin Durant and the new-look Phoenix Suns. Both games are going to be aired on TNT.
What are the prices for NBA streaming options
Looking at NBA League Pass prices, fans have the choice to either pay for the season or a monthly rate. They offer two different packages, each with its own features.
The first option is the commercial-free plan. This allows you to watch on up to three devices at once and not have to watch ads. For a seasonal package, it is priced at $149.99, or you could pay monthly at $22.99.
League Pass' second option is one that has commercials. Games can only be streamed on one device, but the cost is slightly cheaper. It costs $99.99 for the season or $14.99 a month.
As for secondary options, it is unknown what HBO Max's price will be. For now, they'll adding it to whatever plan subscribers are already paying for. However, rates will go up in the future if they decide to keep the live sports feature.
For live TV options on streaming platforms, a monthly subscription with Hulu costs $68.99. YouTube TV's basic plan has most channels that air nationally televised games, and is priced at $72.99 a month.
