NBA analyst Skip Bayless is involved in a lawsuit by a former hairstylist of Fox Sports accusing him of sexual harassment, according to a Front Office Sports story published on Sunday. Included in the suit, a network executive used “his position to sexually harass women.”
Noushin Faraji filed the 42-page lawsuit in Los Angeles on Friday. The suit made a series of allegations. Bayless, the network and other employees were named as defendants. Fox, Fox Sports, FS1, FS2, FOX Sports EVP Charlie Dixon and FS1 Joy Taylor were also named defendants.
Faraji claimed that, while at a birthday party in West Hollywood, Dixon, an executive at the network, allegedly grabbed her buttocks. She then relayed the incident to Taylor; however, the host told her to "get over it," according to the suit.
Faraji alleges that while working at "Undisputed," she started to receive hugs from Bayless. The suit claims that the host gave “lingering hugs and kisses on the cheek while putting his body against hers and pressing against her breasts.” The suit claims that the plaintiff told the sports analyst that she wasn't interested in dating him and had a no-dating-at-work rule.

Additionally, the suit claims that she informed Bayless that she was suffering from ovarian cancer in hopes that it would discourage the media personality. However, Faraji alleges that the former Fox Sports host became more aggressive. The former ESPN host allegedly offered the plaintiff $1.5 million to have sexual intercourse with him.
According to the suit, Bayless accused Faraji of sleeping with his former co-host Shannon Sharpe:
“Approximately one week later, Mr. Bayless made another advance at Ms. Faraji. Ms. Faraji responded: ‘Skip, stop, you have a wife.’ Mr. Bayless responded: ‘Aren’t you Muslim? Doesn’t your dad have three to four wives?’ Ms. Faraji responded that her father was dead, and when Mr. Bayless looked taken aback, she made an excuse to leave.”
Faraji claims that she has complained about the incidents to the human resources and employee relations departments during her time at Fox.
