The Dallas Mavericks will be desperate for a win on the road against the Philadelphia 76ers

The Dallas Mavericks snapped a four-game losing streak on Monday against the Indiana Pacers. NBA superstar Luka Doncic had a superb game and finished with 25 points, seven rebounds and six assists, all-team high numbers.

They are still 11th in the Western Conference with a 37-49 record. The Mavericks have the same record as the 10th-place OKC Thunder, who own the edge in the tiebreaker. Oklahoma owns the season series against Dallas 2-1.

A win against the Philadelphia 76ers, who have ruled leading NBA MVP candidate Joel Embiid questionable, will be huge for their playoff hopes.

NBA superstar Kevin Durant could return for the Phoenix Suns against the Minnesota Timberwolves

Former NBA MVP Kevin Durant injured his left ankle while doing his pregame routine against the OKC Thunder last March 19. He was upgraded to questionable by the Phoenix Suns for the match-up against the visiting Minnesota Timberwolves.

If he’s available, Durant’s return could not have come at a better time for the Suns. Phoenix holds a 40-35 record, which puts them fourth in the Western Conference. The Timberwolves (39-37) are only 1.5 games behind the Suns for the fourth seed.

Whether KD plays or not, the game promises to be an all-out war between two teams jockeying for playoff spots.
