NBA insider Brian Windhorst revealed Phoenix Suns guard Bradley Beal and his agent, Mark Bartelstein have not yet taken part in any discussions about waiving the former's no-trade clause. Speaking on 'Get Up', Windhorst shed light on the matter amid trade rumors linking the Suns to Jimmy Butler.
It's worth noting that the Suns would need Beal's cooperation if they intend to land Butler in their fold, to which Windhorst believed the answer would be a no.
"Sounds like no. His agent Mark Bartlestein told me there's been no discussion either with the Suns or any other team about Bradley Beal waiving his no-trade clause. The reason that's become an issue over the last couple of days, the Heat said they were going to trade Jimmy Butler."

"The Suns are known to be interested. The only way to get him is to move Bradley Beal, which would take Beal's cooperation. Right now that is not even a consideration according to Mark Bartlestein. He's just focused on helping the Suns turn things around."
Bradley Beal joins LeBron James as the only player in the league with a no-trade clause that gives him the authority to control where he wants to head next. Per Bartelstein, the clause is not even in consideration for negotiation at the time of writing.
Bradley Beal willing to waive no-trade clause for 3 major teams
Earlier, reports stated that Beal was willing to waive his no-trade clause for three major teams amid trade rumors to the Miami Heat. Earlier, Arizona Sports' John Gambadoro reported that Beal would waive his no-trade clause to join LA teams, the Lakers, Clippers, and the Denver Nuggets.
It all began when the Suns opted to move both Beal and center Jusuf Nurkić out of the starting lineup after they dropped seven of their last eight games. Beal came off the bench for the first time in nine years. He made an immediate impact in a reserve role with a team-high 25 points in their win over the Philadelphia 76ers.
It has been a tough season for Bradley Beal, averaging 17.8 points, 3.5 rebounds, and 3.2 assists per game this season — his second with Phoenix. He is in his third year of a five-year, $251 million deal he first inked with the Washington Wizards ahead of the 2022-23 campaign. Only time will tell if the guard finishes his season at Phoenix.
