Donald Trump has a long and controversial history with the NBA
Donald Trump made some enemies within the NBA during his time in the Oval Office. The former POTUS was very vocal against several players, including LeBron James and Stephen Curry.
Back in 2017, he went at Curry after the Golden State Warriors legend rejected an invitation to go to the White House. LeBron James responded to him on Twitter, calling Trump a 'bum.'
The King was also very critical of the incidents in the Capitol in 2021 when multiple Trump supporters raided the building.
