Posting back-to-back stories on her Instagram, the 29-year-old showed her dedication to remaining fit. The pregnancy didn't seem to bother Johnson one bit as she was seen putting the work and effort into her leg workouts.
Recording her first story to the song 'Ro$ama' by 'BigXthatPlug,' Mychal was observed doing weighted squats. Assisted by a stool during this exercise, the pregnant mother showed great form as she hit 10 repetitions.
The next story showed Mychal doing a deadlift as she repeated the number of repetitions during the workout. Posting the story with Kendrick Lamar's hit song Squabble Up, Mychal showed good conscientiousness with her workout.

Mychal made her pregnancy public on Instagram with a mirror selfie showing off her baby bump on October 25. The mother of two shared a series of images in a post with a caption that read:
"Hi baby🥰🫶🏽😘"
Wiggins and Mychal started dating in 2013 and have been together for over a decade. They have since been parents to two daughters: Amyah and Alayah, and are expecting a third by the end of this year.

The 29-year-old is expected to have her baby at the end of 2024 or early 2025 and seems to have her plans ready for her postpartum period.
