Rapper, producer and businessman Sean 'P. Diddy' Combs is facing multiple lawsuits accusing him of sexual abuse, sex trafficking and rape. During his notable career in the music industry, the 54-year-old has allegedly committed serious crimes and multiple people have raised their voices against him in the last couple of years.
Former LA Lakers champion Lamar Odom sat down with DJ Akademiks to discuss Combs' options to get out of this situation on this week's edition of Off The Record podcast. The internet personality claimed that Diddy has three options to get out of this situation without getting canceled by the public.
"I say there's three ways Diddy can get out of his situation. I don't know about the fans. Fans might forgive him. No. 1, he had to come out and tell the world that he's been gay, or been bi or that really, he identifies as a woman. The second way is to say that he has mental health issues and he's been seeking therapy this entire time.

"The last way is to say he apologizes but all his actions it's because he was touched as a child. And people would say like, 'Oh you got f***ed too?'" Akademiks explained.

These options wouldn't sit too well with people in the LGBTQ+ community or actual victims of sexual abuse. This situation is still developing and Diddy shared a video this week of him apologizing after a surveillance video showed him assaulting then-girlfriend Cassie Ventura.
It remains unclear what will happen with the Bad Boy Records founder, but the situation doesn't appear to be favorable for him. The support from fans is running low and celebrities, including NBA superstars, have cut their ties with Diddy.
LeBron James, Steph Curry unfollowed P. Diddy on Instagram
LeBron James and Steph Curry, two of the biggest names in the NBA, have unfollowed the 54-year-old on Instagram. James made the decision after Combs' apology video came out while Curry had unfollowed him before that.
The Golden State Warriors point guard did the same on Twitter, with fans taking notice of the news. The same happened with LeBron, as some said Klutch Sports was doing damage control amid a critical situation.
Sean Combs was a very powerful man once, but now, his power appears to be running down by the day as his former friends are turning their backs on him.
