The Orlando Magic take on the Philadelphia 76ers on Sunday. After surviving their injury bug for a significant period, the Magic have struggled over the past six weeks, dropping to 22-18. In that stretch, they are 7-10. Orlando is coming off consecutive losses ahead of a tricky matchup against the 76ers, who have also been shorthanded and streaky.
In their previous outing, the Magic lost 109-106 to the Milwaukee Bucks despite Paolo Banchero's dominant comeback from a long-term injury absence on Friday. Banchero had 34 points, seven rebounds and two steals on 11 of 21 shots, including a stellar 5-for-8 display from deep. Cole Anthony's 18 points and rookie Tristan da Silva's 16-point, 10-rebound outings kept the Magic in the hunt for an upset win.
However, the Bucks capitalized in the clutch as Paolo Banchero and Cole Anthony combined to miss three out of four free throws in the final 10 seconds. On the other hand, Damian Lillard stayed poised to make his trip to the foul line count and give the Bucks a narrow three-point win in a highly entertaining back-and-forth contest.

Orlando Magic injury report (Jan. 12): Latest on Paolo Banchero, Franz Wagner and Jalen Suggs
The Orlando Magic's injury report instantly looks better with just one change as Paolo Banchero is finally off of it after making his return in Friday's skirmish against the Bucks. The Magic still have a lengthy list with six players injured. Kentavious Caldwell-Pope is probable with a sore left knee. Jett Howard is questionable with a left ankle sprain.
Jalen Suggs remains out with a low back strain. According to reports, there is no timetable available for his return as he continues to get evaluated. Coach Jamahl Mosely told reporters on Wednesday that Suggs is "okay" and moving around, going through various treatments.
Meanwhile, Franz Wagner remains out for long with a torn right oblique. He opened up on his recovery a week ago, suggesting he is alright and "nothing really hurts." Wagner said he's going through rehab and is staying patient.
Mo Wagner and Gary Harris are the other the Orlando Magic's two absentees for this clash. Wagner is out with a left knee torn ACL, and Harris has a left hamstring strain.
