After being down for the majority of the game, the Kings pulled off a late rally to beat the Sixers 113-107. De'Aaron Fox led the way with 35 points, three rebounds and four assists, while Domantas Sabonis had 17 points, 21 rebounds and seven assists.
Paul George had a big game with 30 points, eight rebounds and five assists, but fouled out late. Tyrese Maxey had 27 points, two rebounds, six assists and four steals, while Eric Gordon added 14 points off the bench.

Paul George completely took over the first quarter for the Philadelphia 76ers, seemingly answering the criticisms online about his start to the season. George exploded for 14 points, helping the Sixers build a 30-25 lead after the first 12 minutes.
The Sacramento Kings dominated the majority of the period before PG took over and gave the Sixers the much-needed momentum. It led to the advantage growing to 10 points at the 10:29 mark, with the Kings trying everything they could to keep the game manageable.
Philly's lead grew to as much as 51-37 before Sacramento went on a furious 20-6 run to end the half. The Sixers' lead vanished as the score was tied at 57-57 after the first two quarters.
In the third quarter, the Philadelphia 76ers quickly took control by going on a 7-2 run in the first three minutes. The Sacramento Kings did enough to hang around and make things interesting for the rest of the game. The Sixers had an 89-80 advantage heading into the fourth period.
It was the same story in the first seven minutes of the fourth quarter, with Philly up by nine points at the 5:40 mark. The King slowly chopped the lead little by little until the score was tied at 107 with a minute remaining in regulation.
Malik Monk gave the Kings a two-point lead after his layup was blocked by Guerschon Yabusele, but was called a goaltending. Monk and DeMar DeRozan iced the game from the free throw line to give interim coach Doug Christie his second career win.
The Sixers had it won, but they failed to take care of the basketball. Paul George had two costly turnovers, while Maxey also had one late that led to DeRozan's layup tying the game. It was a great win for Sacramento, lighting the beam to start 2025.
