Marcus Jordan sought the perfect opportunity to pull out his father, Michael Jordan's Team USA jersey. With the 2024 Paris Olympics around the corner and the Americans boasting a star-studded lineup, including LeBron James, Marcus posted a pic on his Instagram story, rocking MJ's #9 Team USA jersey from the "Dream Team" days. He also did that on the account of the 4th of July.
He captioned the post with Kendrick Lamar's diss track "Not Like Us'" lyric while using the song in the background of his post.
"Sometimes you gotta pop out & show n**ga's," Marcus wrote.

Marcus primarily rocked the jersey to celebrate the 4th of July. He added fireworks emojis along with the USA's flag.
Michael Jordan won two gold medals at the 1984 and 1992 Olympics while donning the #9 jersey. He was their best player both years, averaging 17.1 points, 3.0 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 1.5 steals in 1984 and 14.9 points, 2.4 rebounds, 4.8 assists and 4.1 steals per game, shooting 45.1% in 1992.
LeBron James, Team USA trying to replicate something similar to Michael Jordan's "Dream Team"
LeBron James and Team USA are preparing for the 2024 Paris Olympics to restore the Americans to the top of the basketball world. Last summer, the USA sent a young team to the FIBA World Cup, which underwhelmed and finished fourth in the tournament after losing the podium spot to rivals Canada.
That prompted stars like James, Kevin Durant and Steph Curry to show a willingness to unite and help the USA reach the pinnacle globally. It's similar to what the team did in 1992, assembling a roster with the likes of Michael Jordan, Magic Johnson and Larry Bird to get the USA back on top after they settled for a bronze medal finish in the 1988 Olympics.
The USA realized the competition's quality is not what it was years ago. Teams across the world, especially in Europe, have shown tremendous potential to knock off the Americans as the best in the sport.
LeBron James and Co. will hope they have a dominant run like Michael Jordan's "Dream Team," which went unbeaten and defeated its opponents by 44 points on average across eight games.
Team USA will begin camp this weekend and commence their gold medal defense in Paris on July 28, with three group games against reigning FIBA World Champions Serbia, South Sudan, and one of the Olympic Qualifiers winners.
