Former ESPN reporter Jemele Hill didn't hold back in her reply to ex-NFL star Antonio Brown, who made explicit remarks about her online. Hill, who previously covered the NBA and NFL, was not having any of Brown's disrespectful comments toward her.
In a post on X, formerly known as Twitter, Brown alluded to Fox Sports's Joy Taylor, who made headlines for being part of a lawsuit. The former NFL star decided to poke fun at Hill by asking an inappropriate question.
The former NBA sideline reporter responded by going after Brown's career, asking him about how it feels to "get passed around." The controversial wide receiver played for the Pittsburgh Pirates, Oakland Raiders, New England Patriots and Tampa Bay Buccaneers in his 12-season NFL career between 2010 and 2021.
"Well I wouldn’t know anything about being community. But you do. Please share with the class what it’s like to be passed around, since you have so much experience," Hill tweeted.

For those unaware, Antonio Brown has been unhinged online over the past few years, always using the hashtag CTESPN. Brown, who has a negative net worth of $3 million after filing bankruptcy last year, quickly responded to Jemele Hill's comments and approved it for being witty. He seemed to be a good sport about it, but it was still an inappropriate comment to make in the first place.
Nevertheless, many people caught up with the Fox Sports lawsuit involving several personalities, such as Joy Taylor and Skip Bayless. A former employee accused Taylor of workplace bullying, while Bayless allegedly offered her $1.5 million to have intercourse with her.
Taylor, who is the current host of Speak, allegedly slept with Fox Sports executive Charlie Dixon to get her position. She has been targeted by fans online, as well as other sports personalities, for allegedly sleeping her way to the top.
The Miami native has not responded to the lawsuit and was mum about the issue during Monday's episode of Speak.
Jemele Hill partnered with LeBron James' production company to launch a new show
LeBron James and Maverick Carter co-founded UNINTERRUPTED in 2014. It's a media production company that has grown over the years. One of its recent projects is a show called Above the Fold, which debuted on TruTV last October and was hosted by Jemele Hill.
"I’m very excited to be working with TNT Sports and UNINTERRUPTED on a project that centers sports journalism and compelling storytelling,” Hill said in a statement, according to Awful Announcing. “The sports media landscape is constantly evolving, but there is always room for nuance, depth and perspective."
It was a collaboration between Hill, UNINTERRUPTED and TNT Sports, which owns TruTV, under the WBD banner.
