Anthony Edwards made history on Saturday after a 3-point bomb. The Minnesota Timberwolves took on the Denver Nuggets and came up with a 133-104 blowout victory. Edwards was the star of the show as he carried the team with 34 points. To add the icing on the cake, Ant-Man shattered Karl-Anthony Towns' Timberwolves franchise record for most threes.

Towns previously held the record with 975 threes made as a Timberwolves player. After Saturday's conclusion, Edwards is now the record holder with 976 3-pointers made. Ant's record won't be broken anytime soon as the only active Wolves player closest to his record is Naz Reid. The 25-year-old is at 487 3-pointers for Minnesota.

It was a historic night in Minnesota as Anthony Edwards both carried his team to victory and broke a franchise record. He put up an elite performance with 34 points and nine assists. Ant shot the ball well with 60.9% accuracy from the field.

Edwards' efforts helped the Timberwolves come up with a dominant 133-104 victory. To add to his stellar performance on Saturday, Ant-Man became the franchise leader for most career 3-pointers as a Timberwolves player.

Assisting Anthony Edwards secure the win against the Denver Nuggets were Julius Randle and Rudy Gobert. Randle had an all-around performance with 21 points, seven rebounds, seven assists, two steals and one block. As for Gobert, he added 14 points, 14 rebounds, five assists and four steals.
