Scottie Pippen chooses 4 words to sum up adorable picture with son Scotty and daughters Sophia, Sierra

Scottie Pippen has a close relationship with his children. Justin, Sierra, Sophia, Tyler, Taylor and Scotty Jr. greeted him on his 59th birthday on Sep. 9. The kids sometimes feature their father on social media via Instagram stories or photos.

On Tuesday, it was the basketball Hall of Famer, who returned the favor. He posted a photo on IG and wrote:

“Family first. Father first. ❤️”

The picture showed a photo of Scottie Pippen with Sierra, Sophia and Scotty Pippen Jr. The Pippens came to watch and cheer for the Memphis Grizzlies guard, who had a game against the LA Lakers at Crypto.com Arena.

As Scottie lives in California, he sometimes attends Jr.’s games. The six-time NBA champ found the perfect opportunity to bring his daughters with him to catch Scotty in action. Although the Grizzlies lost 116-110, the Pippens were seemingly excited and happy to spend quality time together.

Scottie Pippen trolled the referees during the Memphis Grizzlies game against the LA Lakers

Scottie Pippen sat near the basket with his daughters to watch Scotty Pippen Jr. play. Early in the second quarter, the ball rolled to his feet where he promptly scooped it up without the referees seeing him. As the officials scanned the home floor for the ball, Michael Jordan’s former teammate hid it behind him.

It took some time before one of the referees found out, with some help from fans, that the NBA legend had it. Pippen returned the ball and the game went on.

He shared the clip on Instagram and wrote:

"I love this game 🏀😂"

Scotty Pippen Jr. hardly saw action in the tightly contested game. The backup guard had two points, two rebounds, one block and three turnovers in nine minutes. With Ja Morant, Desmond Bane and Marcus Smart all healthy, he barely played.
