O'Neal had a successful run with the LA Lakers and racked up a long list of accolades in the process. He joined the iconic franchise in 1996 after leaving the Orlando Magic in free agency.

During his eight years with the Lakers, O'Neal was one of the NBA's top talents. Alongside a young Kobe Bryant, he led the franchise to three consecutive championships. Among his other notable achievements was winning the MVP award in 2000.

After failing to win a fourth championship in 2004, O'Neal's time with the Lakers came to an end. The front office traded him to the Miami Heat, and joined forces with Dwyane Wade. Once again paired with an emerging superstar guard, he added another championship to his collection in 2006.
