Shaquille O'Neal highlighted an Indiana high school athlete's major achievement on his social media handle. The NBA icon reposted an Instagram post detailing the historic moment at Washington High School in South Bend, Indiana.

Kira Reynolds, a senior at Washington High School, scored a quintuple-double against New Praire High School on Jan. 4.

The 6-foot-4 Washington Panthers player scored 14 points, 18 rebounds, 12 assists, 11 steals and 10 blocks in a single game, listing the only 14th quintuple-double in high school history. However, she became the first player in Indiana's history to achieve that milestone.

Per Clutchpoints (original post above), Reynolds will play at Purdue University. She is Indiana's only high school player to record 1,000 points, collect 1,000 rebounds, provide 300 assists, and block 500 shots. After her dominant performance, the high school star has become a front-runner to win Indiana's Miss Basketball honor.

Shaq had an incredible career in the NBA, where he was known for his dominant play style. The former Lakers star averaged 23.7 points, 10.9 rebounds and 2.5 assists on a 58.2 percent field goal shooting percentage. Given his dominant playstyle, it may be surprising for many that Shaquille O'Neal has only scored two triple-doubles in his entire career.

Shaquille O'Neal hails Nikola Jokic as the best big man in the game

Shaquille O'Neal hailed Nikola Jokic as the best big man in the game. The 4x NBA champion made the statement during a segment of Tuesday's American Express Halftime Report between the Nuggets vs. Sixers game.

"Joker no matter what happens (he) is the best big man in the league by far. Period. Nobody else in the conversation," he said.

Shaq praised the Serbian international after seeing his outstanding performance against the Sixers. Jokic scored 27 points, collected 13 rebounds and dished out 10 assists to help his team secure a 144-109 win.

Nikola Jokic continues to showcase his MVP-level performance from last season into this one, averaging 30.1 points, 13.2 rebounds, 9.9 assists per game and an impressive 56.3 percent shooting percentage from the field.

The Denver Nuggets have been on a decent run with a 27-16 record. They currently hold the fourth seed in the Western Conference standings.
