Former NBA player Sharife Cooper found himself in a messy situation on Saturday as her ex-partner Ash Kash called him out for posting old photos of them on his Snapchat. It came after Cooper, who briefly played for the Atlanta Hawks in 2021, posted a picture of them with a black dot on the model’s face to hide her identity.

Kash, a model and a social media influencer with a big following on X and Instagram, tweeted to lament her former boyfriend’s Snapchat post, which has since gone viral.

“My ex needs to get his b**ches up and stop posting me..” Kash wrote.

“Damn Sharife Cooper really fell of man we all thought he was abouta be a star in the nba,” a fan wrote.

Cooper has yet to respond to Kash’s post as he remained under the radar after losing his spot in the NBA three years ago.

Sharife Cooper once had a promising basketball career

Sharife Cooper was a star in high school, leading McEachern High School in Georgia. Cooper was recruited to play for Auburn in the 2020-2021 season, which became his only collegiate campaign.

He averaged 20.2 points, 8.1 assists and 4.3 rebounds in 12 games after missing the first 12 outings due to eligibility issues. He was named to the Southeastern Conference all-freshman team before declaring for the 2021 NBA draft.

Cooper was picked 48th overall by the Atlanta Hawks, where he played for 13 games. He has since played for the Cleveland Charge in the G League, before going overseas with stints in China, Turkey and Greece.
