Washington Wizards star Kyle Kuzma is rumored to be a possible trade candidate but he seems unconcerned with speculation and believes only one player in the league is untradable.

Per The Athletic, the former Lakers champ said that San Antonio Spurs rookie sensation Victor Wembanyama is the only player that could not be moved.

"I’ve been in trade rumors for eight years. This is my eighth year in the NBA. So, like I said, I don’t really listen," said Kuzma. "One, it's a business. Two, everybody in the NBA is tradable, except for (Victor Wembanyama)."

Last season, Victor Wembanyama averaged 21.4 points, 10.6 rebounds and 3.6 assists over 71 games. He also led the NBA with 254 blocks.

Wembanyama put up impressive numbers in his rookie year but he needs to be consistent to be considered elite, like Luka Doncic, who is one of the most effective scorers in the league and Nikola Jokic, who is a three-time league MVP.

After winning the NBA championship with the Los Angeles Lakers in 2020, Kumza was traded to the Washington Wizards in Aug. 2021 for Russell Westbrook. Last season, Kuzma had an opportunity to join his third NBA organization but chose to pass on the Dallas Mavericks.

According to The Athletic, Wizards president Michael Winger asked Kuzma about the trade after an offer was presented in February but the Michigan native chose to remain in Washington.

The idea of pairing Kuzma with All-Star guards Luka Doncic and Kyrie Irving would have been interesting. Instead, the 6-foot-9 forward seemed content to build a championship side with the Wizards.

The Mavericks won the Western Conference and advanced to the NBA Finals before falling short. Meanwhile, last season, the Wizards finished 15-67, the NBA's second-worst record.
