The 7-foot-4 San Antonio Spurs star has been enjoying his offseason for months as his team failed to make the playoffs. Besides working on his game for the Olympics in his home country, he also emphasized his interest in fashion.
During the event, the NBA Rookie of the Year winner enjoyed the spotlight as he walked into the show. He looked dapper in a gray suit with black shoes. The light blue $13,191 Louis Vuitton bag, per BUYMA valuation, couldn’t be missed.

When Victor Wembanyama showed up for the 2023 NBA Draft, he raised some eyebrows due to his kimono-style suit and skinny pants. He shared that he liked the forest green color because it was “alien-like.” The Frenchman added later that what he had on was designed by Louis Vuitton.
Early this year, the brand released a statement to WWD regarding its relationship with the lanky center:

It seems like Victor Wembanyama’s off-court flair will get more visibility, particularly with the coming Olympics in Paris. He has already appeared in a handful of commercials with the brand.
Last year, the San Antonio Spurs center had one of the top-selling jerseys in the NBA. Only Steph Curry, LeBron James and Jayson Tatum had better numbers than him. The exposure that goes with the Olympics and his steadily growing fan base will only make his fashion style more relevant.
Louis Vuitton could not have chosen a more apt ambassador to carry its heritage, value and prominence.
