"So do I delete the TikTok app or just wait?": Anthony Edwards' girlfriend Jeanine Robel shares true feelings over $100,000,000 app's abrupt outage

Anthony Edwards' girlfriend Jeanie Robel shared her feelings on the TikTok ban implemented in the United States of America on Sunday. The Minnesota Timberwolves star's girlfriend was confused after the app stopped working on her device.

She expressed her thoughts on the subject in a post on her X, formerly Twitter, handle.

"I thought they said the 19th , why is my TikTok app banned already 😩😭"

On Jan. 19, the US government banned the popular video-sharing app TikTok under the pretense of having Chinese roots. However, the decision of getting banned stays with TikTok owners as the US administration gave them a way to avert the decision.

The administration gave the Chinese video-sharing platform until Jan. 19 to sell the platform to a US buyer. However, the app owners decided to keep their product and tank the ban hammer.

This is not the first time that TikTok has been banned from a country. On Jun. 29, 2020, the Indian Government banned the Chinese video-sharing app in their country and forced them to an indefinite absence from the Indiana market.

As per Dan Ives, an analyst for Wedbush Securities, TikTok is worth $100,000,000 and for now, the video-sharing platform has told its users that they are working to get the app back to the US. Anthony Edward's girlfriend wasn't the only one who was taken aback by the ban. WNBA player Natasha Cloud also let out her feelings on the ban and flamed the Trump administration for the app's exit.

Anthony Edwards is having an amazing individual run the Timberwolves this season. He is averaging 26.1 points, 5.8 rebounds and 4.3 assists per game. The Timberwolves on the other hand are having an even season with a 22-20 record. They hold the eighth seed in the Western Conference standings.
