Steph Curry's ex-teammate, Matt Barnes, recently talked about comedian Andrew Schulz's beef with rapper Kendrick Lamar. The rapper recently dropped a new song titled "wacced out murals". Barnes pointed out one particular bar in the song that might've triggered Schulz. The bar reads:
"Don't let no white comedian talk about no black woman, that's law"
Matt Barnes then noted that Gary Owens, a white comedian, tackled the topic for a time until it fell off. But then Barnes thought that Andrew Schulz, another white comedian, seized the opportunity and took advantage of Kendrick Lamar's bars to help him grow his audience.
"Andrew Schulz is kind of taking this opportunity to grow his fandom and his following, and to me, clout chase," Barnes said. "Since the song has dropped, he's been the loudest person in this mix outside of Drake's allegations to the record companies and the streaming companies."

Matt Barnes names Steph Curry best NBA point guard
Matt Barnes and Steph Curry were former teammates of the Golden State Warriors. Interestingly enough, the only season they were teammates was when Curry won his second NBA title and Barnes retired from the league after. For the most part, the two were adversaries and the former player is quite familiar with Steph's game.
With that in mind, Barnes recently named Curry as the top point guard in the NBA today. In a segment in his podcast "All the Smoke", Matt played King of the Hill. The rules were simple, someone named two NBA point guards, and Barnes had to pick which one was better. The last player standing would be the best among the rest.
At first, Matt Barnes picked Jrue Holiday over other fellow point guards such as Cade Cunningham, Darius Garland, Damian Lillard, Tyrese Haliburton and Kyrie Irving. Barnes then switched up to Ja Morant when he contested Holiday. The former Warriors player then picked Morant over guys like LaMelo Ball, De'Aaron Fox, Trae Young Tyrese Maxey and Shai Gilgeous-Alexander.
The interview then threw one final bout between Ja Morant and Steph Curry. Barnes needed to clarify first whether it was Curry's all-time form or his current form. He was then asked to pick between Curry and Morant. Ultimately, despite his reluctance, Barnes selected Steph as the best point guard in the NBA today.
Steph Curry is still one of the best guards in the league. He may be one of the oldest, but his numbers are still up to par with the younger stars. Steph is averaging 23.0 points, 6.6 assists, 5.3 rebounds and 1.3 steals per game at 36 years old. Come the 2025 NBA Playoffs, Curry will already be 37 years old. Like LeBron James, Steph isn't showing any signs of aging.
