Steph Curry’s sister Sydel Curry-Lee is expecting a third child with Phoenix Suns star Damion Lee. On Tuesday, she shared a photo of the baby’s sonogram on her Instagram story along with an emotional two-word reaction:
“Hello sweetness.”
Sydel Curry has been open to her over 678,000 followers on Instagram about the journey of her third child. The pregnancy, which was announced on Thanksgiving was of natural conception, as second child Daryn, born in August 2023, was conceived through IVF.

Steph Curry’s sister has also talked about her fertility journey, her experience with IVF as well as documenting her pregnancy journey on social media. Her followers have been able to catch a glimpse of her life as a mom-to-be showcasing her baby bump and a family photo during Christmas.
The latest addition to the Curry-Lee family is expected in May 2025. While she and the family are excited about the new addition, she mentioned that she is finding it difficult to balance her fitness journey alongside the pregnancy symptoms.

Sydel Curry-Lee responded on Nov. 28 to a question on Instagram from a follower about her third child. The fan asked if her mother, Sonya Curry was responsible for the decision to have a third child.
Sydel Curry revealed to the fan that although she didn’t want any more children, her mother's prayers seemingly had the final say.
"Lol she's always wanted me to have a third and I was adamant on no no no. But you know what they say about a praying grandmother. Baby 3 will be her 10th grandchild," Curry-Lee replied.
She had also shared in a Nov. 29 post on Instagram an appreciation message for the miracle of her third child. With her husband Damion Lee, they welcomed their first child and son Daxon, in November 2021 and their second child, and first daughter, Daryn two years later.
