It didn't take long before two-time MVP Steph Curry got to work in preparation for USA Basketball's mission to secure gold in the 2024 Paris Olympics. As shared on his TikTok, Curry was seen getting some shots up while going through a rigorous routine. Featured in the video was Childish Gambino's "Feels Like Summer," which headlined Ayesha Curry's Sweet July summer playlist.

The video's edit is designed with three separate clips playing at the same time. Each clip highlighted a different training procedure involving the Warriors superstar that highlighted his shotmaking prowess and incredible stamina to go from one routine to the next.

Meanwhile, Ayesha Curry shared her latest playlist under her lifestyle brand, Sweet July, titled "Sweet Summer 2024." She provided a glimpse of the tracklist on her Instagram stories that featured the song from her husband's TikTok video alongside Kehlani's "After Hours" and Rihanna's "Kiss It Better" (Kaytranada Edition).

Several NBA players are spending their summer this year enjoying a much-needed rest from an 82-game season. However, some stars, such as Steph Curry, are getting in the proper condition to compete against the best teams around the world.

Steph Curry talked about his excitement to be back representing USA Basketball

Following Team USA's disappointing fourth-place finish in last year's FIBA World Cup, it was evident that the committee behind the program would adjust accordingly in preparation for the Olympics.

With the finalized roster, it is certainly one way to adjust as it features several elite shotmakers from all positions alongside versatile defenders.

Steph Curry was the first player to show up for the training camp. In anticipation of their debut on the basketball court at Paris, the Warriors guard highlighted his excitement and the important opportunity presented to get the job done this year.

"We've got 39 days or so to get locked in to go get this gold medal," Curry said, "12 amazing, talented guys ready to come together for one goal. I'm hyped for it all. It's 10 years since I was in Team USA back in 2014. So, I'm hyped to be back."

Curry certainly makes up for an important inclusion to the roster due to his reliable shotmaking ability and precise decision-making at the half-court.

His last outing with Team USA was during the 2014 FIBA World Cup in Spain. In that gold medal run, he averaged 10.7 points (40.8% shooting, including 43.8% from 3-point range), 2.9 assists and 2.8 rebounds per game.
