Steph Curry and the Golden State Warriors welcomed a familiar face at the Chase Center on Saturday night. Kevin Durant is back in the Bay Area for a showdown between the Phoenix Suns and Golden State. Curry and Durant won two NBA championships together in 2017 and 2018.
The Warriors were looking to snap a three-game losing streak and move above .500. They have been struggling since starting the season at 12-3 and entered Saturday's game just 3-12 in their last 15 games. But how did Curry perform against the Suns?
Curry finished with 22 points, six rebounds and six assists as the Warriors snapped a three-game losing streak. They were down by as much as nine points midway through the fourth quarter before coming back and closing it out in the final 30 seconds to get the 109-105 win.

How did Steph Curry perform against the Phoenix Suns?
In the first quarter, Steph Curry finished with eight points, three rebounds and three assists. He knocked down two 3-point shots and played eight minutes. The Warriors closed out the period with a 34-27 lead, led by Jonathan Kuminga's 12 points off the bench.
Curry had a rough second quarter taking care of the basketball with four turnovers, which helped the Phoenix Suns get some momentum. Phoenix was up as much as 10 points before a Warriors rally to end the half trimmed the deficit to just four points, 65-61.
The four-time NBA champion had seven points in the period, including a crazy shot at the buzzer. It was a hop-step wrap-around floater in front of the Suns bench. The shot was so absurd that Kevin Durant even dapped his former teammate before going back to the locker room.
The third quarter was as close as it got with both teams trading baskets and no one taking control. Steph Curry was limited to just three points, but Jonathan Kuminga picked up the slack before the Phoenix Suns earned a five-point edge entering the final period.
Phoenix carried the momentum to build a big lead in the fourth quarter as the Golden State Warriors looked like they were losing another game. Curry continued to struggle, but remained a factor by attracting the defense regardless of how bad he was in the second half.
Dennis Schroder gave the Warriors a one-point lead with around a minute remaining. They played great defense on Kevin Durant and were lucky to pull out the win, closing the game on the free throw line.
Jonathan Kuminga had 24 points, nine rebounds and three assists off the bench. Draymond Green and Trayce Jackson-Davis each scored 16 points, while Dennis Schroder had 11 points. KD had 31 points for the Suns, while Bradley Beal contributed 28 points and five rebounds.
