This Olympics, Steph Curry and Team USA have been on a tear, winning their first two games of the Group Phase after previously winning all five of their international friendlies leading up to the Olympics. This year's 2024 Paris Olympics marks the first time the Golden State Warriors star has represented the United States at the Olympics.
While Curry won gold with Team USA at the 2010 FIBA World Cup, as well as the 2014 FIBA World Cup, he missed out on the 2012, 2016, and 2020 Olympics. Now, after winning back-to-back games to start the Group Phase, Curry and Team USA sit atop Group C as the only undefeated team.
With just one game remaining in the Group Phase, Team USA is likely to be a lock for the knockout round as they pursue a gold medal.
