"That's my bestie": Savannah James gushes over LeBron James while narrating uncanny Christmas story

NBA superstar LeBron James and his wife, Savannah, James share a special connection. In a video posted on social media on Tuesday by Uninterrupted, the celebrity couple were once again in sync, sharing a witty Christmas joke that they both seemed to find hilarious. Following the uncanny moment, Savannah gushed as she shared a special message for her husband of 11 years.

'Tis the season, and LeBron and Savannah James shared their yearly Christmas morning routine, which involves getting up early and opening presents with the kids. In the Instagram clip, the couple showed that Zhuri Nova, their youngest daughter, was the first one waiting by the Christmas tree. LeBron said the reindeer had gotten to the carrots and Santa Claus had dipped into the cookies and milk.

"Them damn reindeers left a mess on my floor," James said.

Savannah proceeded to then make the same joke. When she learned that LeBron beat her to the punch, she simply gushed, looked into the camera and said:

Savannah and LeBron James have known each other since they were teenagers in high school and have been married for over a decade. They have three children together named Bronny, Bryce and Zhuri Nova.

The LA Lakers All-Star, who at nearly 40 years old is the NBA's oldest player, is in his 22nd year in the league. James has a busy schedule and plenty on his plate, but he never misses out on Christmas morning with his family.

LeBron James remains one of the NBA's biggest names, and that usually means the superstar is called on to play on Christmas day.

Savannah James recently opened up about the difficulties and challenges that come along with LeBron James' busy schedule on Christmas. On her podcast "Everybody's Crazy," Savannah said that it's hard work keeping the family together during the holiday season.

"He has never not played on Christmas," Savannah said (Timestamp: 9:42). "I would, like, ship all the gifts to the hotel. I had a hotel put up a Christmas tree. I had to create Christmas where we were because we weren't home for a long time."

On Dec. 25, 2022, James played at the Dallas Mavericks. Last year, the LA Lakers hosted the Boston Celtics in Southern California. This Christmas, James will travel up north to take on the Golden State Warriors in San Francisco.
