Gilbert Arenas' fiancée, Melli Monaco, made a surprising announcement on social media. The famous YouTuber partner of the former NBA player announced that she had decided to go bald because of the difficulties she was facing.

Monaco posted a picture of herself in front of her mirror, holding a trimmer. She had already shaved a large area of her head and revealed that she was dealing with itching.

Monaco also said that after shaving her head, she would rock tattoos.

"The itch is back I want to shave it and have head tattoos 🫣," Monaco wrote in the caption.

The social media star also asked her followers if she should go completely bald.

Melli Monaco uses her YouTube channel to spread awareness about hair loss, both among men and women. On multiple occasions on her YouTube channel, she has held talks concerning people's struggles with receding hairlines.

Previously, Arenas was engaged to Laura Govan, whom he shares four children with. However, their relationship made headlines in the media after the ex-NBA player gave her a fake engagement ring after their first breakup in 2011. They dated from 2002 to 2014.

Gilbert Arenas' fiancée, Melli Monaco, celebrated her 34th birthday on Jan. 5. This was the second birthday that Monaco was celebrating with the former Golden State Warriors star and the first time as a fiancée.

Arenas made sure to put his best effort for the occasion. He surprised Monaco with hundreds of roses arranged in glass vases. The picture also showed a gray gift box and silver balloons among flowers that read "Happy Bday."

Gilbert Arenas and Melli Monaco have been dating since 2023. Arenas appeared on her channel when she was live streaming and asked her out on a date.

Arenas proposed to her in Paris in front of the Eiffel Tower in August. A few months later, Monaco gifted the former Golden State Warriors star an engagement ring.
