Green said sorry in a tweet replying to a viral view of Poole taking a cheeky dig at him for their infamous altercation that occurred in October 2022.

Green punched Poole in practice, and the following offseason, the young guard was shipped to Washington for Chris Paul. After Saturday's game at Chase Center, Poole showed love to his former teammates but not all of them. Here's what he said:

Meanwhile, Green tweeted from his account in response to that, saying:

Green has previously mocked Poole and the situation, but it was the first time he sounded apologetic. However, fans weren't buying his comments.
