The show, set to air on Feb. 16 after the NBA All-Star Game in San Francisco, will showcase Anthony Davis and his famous friends, which includes Mookie Betts, LA Sparks Cameron Brink, and Brooklyn Nets D'Angelo Russell.
The pranks will reportedly include a fake fundraising charity event, an off-the-rails promotional shoot, and a statue unveiling gone wrong. Unlike the usual and ordinary pranks, the special will take viewers to a behind-the-scenes look at how the pranks are set up and executed.
This won't be his first rodeo on such shows. Davis previously appeared on Impractical Jokers show in 2023.
Anthony Davis dismisses Victor Wembanyama’s DPOY prospects
Anthony Davis has never won the NBA’s Defensive Player of the Year (DPOY) award despite his stellar defensive performances throughout his career. In an interview with ESPN’s Shams Charania on Friday, Jan. 24, Davis asserted that the award is being pushed in favor of San Antonio Spurs' Victor Wembanyama.

"Defensive Player of the Year… I feel the narrative is being pushed for Wemby to get it, right. He’s averaging, what, like four blocks or something crazy like that, but then it goes back to, are we talking about just blocks? I don’t know how anything works anymore." Start from 22:45
This is not the first time Davis has spoken about the criteria used to judge the award winners. He is averaging 25.9 points and 11.8 rebounds per game for the Lakers this season.
