When LeBron James and Draymond Green face off against one another on the court, they are one of the fiercest competitors to ever touch a basketball.
However, they remain good friends off the court as highlighted by James' latest post on his Instagram stories. The image featured seven finished wine bottles, courtesy of some help from Green, which garnered strong reactions from NBA fans.
It was an impressive wine lineup that Klutch Sports founder Rich Paul and SpringHill Entertainment also joined in on at the gathering with the NBA stars. It comes as no surprise that the Lakers star is fond of wine as he would occasionally drink a few glasses in his previous Mind The Game podcast with JJ Redick.

"LeBron is an alcoholic. This is worse than MJ gambling."
Other X users also proceeded to mock LeBron James and Draymond Green, in good taste, while one argued that their wine preferences aren't exactly cheap.
"Ya'll can't be that thirsty for the engagement lol," the fan posted.
"He's not beating the alcoholic allegations," another fan posted.
"Can't even pronounce them but I just know those bottles are expensive as f**k," this fan posted.
"They were discussing how bad their hairlines have gotten over the years," another fan posted.
With the NBA 2024-25 season still a few weeks away, the two NBA players looked to be making the most of their free time before another 82-game grind commences.
LeBron James praised Draymond Green's value to the Golden State Warriors
Regarded as one of the best defenders in NBA history, Draymond Green has also showcased his importance to the Warriors' offensive identity with his versatile skill set.
This was highlighted by LeBron James during the May 1 episode of his previous Mind The Game podcast.
"Draymond Green's biggest asset, offensively, for Golden State is his ability to get Steph open, Klay open, but then play in the pocket, where his asset is 4-on-3. Now, his IQ kicks in. That's the threat. If you can't cause a trigger ..."
Outside of his offensive limitations, Green's style of play has drawn similarities with James' point-forward capability. Not many players have the same caliber of Green's basketball IQ at both ends of the court, which is a testament to his brilliance with the basketball.
It was evident during the Warriors' dominant dynasty run where he had several moments bringing the ball up the floor or running a fast break. He might not have been the quintessential point guard but he proved his excellent nature as a floor general for the squad on numerous occasions.
