Tim Duncan's ex-teammate in splits as Deion Sanders jokes about pics with son Shilo Sanders

Deion Sanders’ season coaching his sons Shilo and Shedeur Sanders ended with the Colorado Buffaloes’ 36-14 loss to the BYU Cougars in late December.

The former NFL superstar guided his team to a 7-2 record, but the Buffaloes wilted when it mattered most. Colorado trailed 20-0 at halftime and failed to turn the game around in the second half.

On Saturday, Coach Prime, on Instagram, shared photos of his season with the Buffs and wrote:

“Why are all the pics talking to shilo sanders so aggressive 😂😂”

Tim Duncan’s former teammate, Stephen Jackson, reacted to Sanders’ post with laughing emojis.

Every picture in the collection shown by the 1994 NFL Defensive Player of the Year featured his eldest son with his former wife Pilar Biggers-Sanders.

The football legend was seen watching, instructing or encouraging the Buffs safety. Looking back, the two-time Super Bowl winner couldn't hold back his surprise at how aggressive he looked in some of the photos.

Deion Sanders is one of the best defensive backs in NFL history. Shilo Sanders, who is using his father’s famous No. 21 jersey, plays safety for Colorado. As a coach who once played cornerback, it was natural that Sanders would coach his son hard.

Deion Sanders once claimed that Shilo Sanders can’t determine if Deion is the father or coach when they play football

Shilo Sanders started his collegiate football career at South Carolina.

When Deion was named the Jackson State University coach in 2020, Shilo joined him. From Jackson State, the young safety again followed his father when the former NFL superstar took his talents to Colorado to coach the Buffaloes.

During one practice, Shilo told Coach Prime that he was “getting on my nerves at practice.” Deion replied to him in a video posted by Deion Sanders Jr., Deion’s oldest son, on YouTube (0-34):

“I’m not your dad. When I’m on the field, I’m not your dad, I’m your coach. This is the problem,: he can’t decipher dad and coach.”

Deion Sanders has been coaching his son Shilo Sanders hard. When he is on the field, he's Coach Prime and not the doting father. Although Deion laughed about his aggressive approach caught in the photos, he's exactly that when coaching and is unapologetic about it.
