Chicago Bulls forward Torrey Craig has seemingly been in a relationship with rapper Megan Thee Stallion for several months. Since they took part in a couple's challenge video in August, the rapper has been seen courtside at United Center, further fueling the rumors.

After mispronouncing the rapper's name during the Jan. 8 episode of "3 Girls 1 Kitchen," Craig's ex, influencer Olivia Davis, has apologized to Megan and defended herself from racism allegations.

During an impromptu interview with TMZ outside of a shopping plaza posted on Wednesday, Davis reacted to the backlash she has faced, apologizing to everyone who was offended.

“I’ve never been called a racist in my entire life," Davis said. "So, it’s just like a little bit of a shock to me. I obviously understand if they’re offended and I deeply apologize for that.

"I know her name, obviously. It was just a stupid dumb blonde moment in the moment during our podcast. And I actually do have an issue with pronouncing vowels sometimes. And I’m not gonna play the victim or use this as an excuse because I am foreign."

After being corrected on the rapper's name, Davis said that she was not mad that Craig was dating Megan Thee Stallion, which appeared to be a complementary statement.

When one of her co-hosts pointed out that she's used to seeing Craig date women who look like Davis, the influencer agreed. Although she didn't raise the point of Craig's type in the first place, the situation sparked further backlash.

Megan Thee Stallion has not responded to Davis or shared her thoughts on the situation.
