Tracy McGrady and his wife, Clerenda, came together on Instagram to celebrate their son Laymen McGrady on his birthday. Clerenda wrote a heartfelt caption for him.
"Happy birthday to the most amazing first son that I could have ever asked for, who I couldn't be more proud of. Keep being the young man God created you to be."
She added a to celebrate his son more.

Tracy's son is following in his dad's footsteps. While he still has a long way to go before potentially joining the NBA, he is starring at the high school level, playing for IMG Academy in Florida and club basketball for OneTime Legends, per Prep Hoops. He has reportedly received offers from top collegiate schools.
The Hall of Famer is enjoying life after he retired from professional basketball and is busy with The Tracy McGrady Foundation.
The foundation provides educational and recreational opportunities for underprivileged youths in their community. Laymen has also been involved in charitable initiatives, participating in basketball clinics and taking part in fundraising events.
Tracy McGrady joins Bills ownership group in post-retirement venture
Tracy McGrady is teaming up with his cousin Vince Carter to join the football business. They are part of 10 minority stakeholders that are joining the ownership group of the NFL's Buffalo Bills.
While it's not clear how much each of the partners is staking in the venture, it's estimated by Forbes to be worth about $4.2 billion.
Furthermore, the group also includes the large private equity firm Arctos. Arctos is involved in other sports leagues like the the NBA, NHL, MLB, MLS, NASCAR, the Premier League and Formula One.
