Miami Heat Tyler Herro gave an update on his physical condition after the incident between him and Houston Rockets' Amen Thompson. According to NBA insider Ira Winderman, Herro claimed to have suffered an injury to his right hip as a result of the impact of the fall.

"Tyler Herro said he has a small bruise on his right hip from being flipped in Houston," Winderman wrote.

The altercation occurred during the closing minutes of the game on Sunday. Thompson threw Herro to the ground after they both got into each other's faces, resulting in players from both sides getting involved.

The aftermath of the incident resulted in six ejections. Herro, Thompson, and Rockets head coach Ime Udoka were ejected. Miami's Terry Rozier, Rockets' Jalen Green, and Rockets assistant coach Ben Sullivan equally got booted.

Herro, after the incident, threw shades at the Rockets when he spoke to the press.

"Guess that's what happens when someone's scoring, throwing dimes, doing the whole thing," Herro said. "I'd get mad, too."

The 104-100 win for the Heat was a much-needed victory after losing to the Atlanta Hawks in their previous game. Herro ended the contest with a game-high 27 points, six rebounds, and nine assists.
