Most NBA fans agree that the Chicago Bulls had the greatest dynasty in basketball history. Under Phil Jackson's tutelage and Michael Jordan's leadership, they won six rings in eight seasons.
Of course, Jordan couldn't have done it on his own. He always had Scottie Pippen by his side. Pippen often lived in Jordan's shadow, but he was one of the most impactful two-way superstars in the game.
Unfortunately, their relationship has become estranged in the past few years. Some reports have digressed some jealousy between the two, mostly coming from Pippen's side.
Of course, having Jordan's son marry Pippen's ex-wife, plus all the revelations from "The Last Dance," didn't do much to ease things up. If anything, it made it worse.

That's why, in a recent interview for the Patrick-Bet David podcast, Pippen revealed that he had no intention to make amends with Jordan, mostly stating that Jordan wasn't easy to deal with:
"I just think Michael is a very difficult person to deal with," said Pippen. "I played with him for years, so I know that when it's time for you to move in your direction, then go in your direction.
"Don't sit there and try to procrastinate or stretch it; that the relationship is not where it was or not what it used to be, and it's never going to be the same. So why try and make something out of nothing? Or try to make something that was never there?"
Michael Jordan's documentary and Sam Smith's book, "The Jordan Rules," also revealed that Pippen wasn't very easy to deal with, either. There was a lot of jealousy and ego in the Bulls' locker room, and while they still dominated on the court, there was tension away from it.
Michael Jordan chose Scottie Pippen for his all-time starting five
Even so, Michael Jordan had nothing but praise for Scottie Pippen's ability. He even chose him over the likes of LeBron James, Kobe Bryant, or Larry Bird to put together his all-time starting five.
“In a pickup game, who would I pick up? What five guys would I pick up?” Jordan said back in 2013 in an interview for NBA 2K. “Scottie Pippen, Magic Johnson, James Worthy, and Hakeem Olajuwon. I got no chance of losing. None at all."
Jordan, who rarely admitted to needing help, also stated that he would've never achieved that level of success without Pippen.
