Young NBA superstar Victor Wembanyama may not be the vocal trash talker that Patrick Beverley or Dillon Brooks is, however he has a fierce competitive spirit. Apparently, the generational talent, who has shown that his combination of grace, athleticism, and skills are unlike anything we have seen before, doesn't take it easy on anyone.
Footage emerged this weekend of Wembanyama playing against some kids, and it's safe to say the Rookie of the Year showed no mercy. The very first clip, Wembanyama crosses up one child, before then dunking the ball and patting the top of his head, letting everyone know he just dunked on her head.
The hilarious clip then continues with Wembanyama lighting up the youths on both ends of the floor, putting on a scoring clinic while swatting the ball away on defense. The clip was quick to go viral, however, as many also pointed out, this isn't anything that Victor Wembanyama hasn't also done to NBA players as well.
From ankle breaking handles and highlight reel finishes to defensive block parties, Wembanyama has shown that he can do it all regardless of who he's playing against. Fans were quick to react to this weekend's clip with some hilarious replies.

Looking at the remarkably high standards Victor Wembanyama wants to hold himself to after historic rookie year
Before entering the NBA, Victor Wembanyama already had a considerable amount of hype surrounding him. As one of the tallest players in NBA history, Wembanyama's frame alone made fans hopeful that he would be an immediate difference-maker.
Of course, his wide range of skills only further added to the hype surrounding Wembanyama. Players like Giannis Antetokounmpo, who had seen the French star play overseas, attempted to warn the rest of the league what was to come.
Even still, few could have predicted the impact Victor Wembanyama would have. Throughout his rookie season he etched his name into the NBA history books with some remarkable play. For example he became the first rookie to log 40+ points and 20+ rebounds since Shaquille O'Neal.
He also became the first player since O'Neal to tally 85+ points, 35+ rebounds and 10+ blocks throughout his first five career games. In addition to winning the Rookie of the Year award, Wembanyama nearly became the first rookie to win ROTY and Defensive Player of the Year.
Despite that, he still feels as though he should have done more to exceed expectations. Speaking in an interview with Mike Monroe of The Athletic back in May:
"I always, every day, try to push harder and do more, get more achievements, more records, more wins. But the next day I always tell myself that I didn't do enough and to push me even more.
"So, it's my first impression that I didn't exceed any expectations, that I should have done more."
With a big sophomore year ahead, it appears as though the sky is the limit for Victor Wembanyama.
