The LA Lakers selected Bronny James with the No. 55 pick of the 2024 NBA draft with the intention of developing him over the next few seasons. James currently plays both ways, suiting up for the Lakers in the NBA and the South Bay Lakers in the NBA's G League.

On Saturday night, Bronny James showed flashes of his immense potential in South Bay's matchup versus the San Diego Clippers. James drew comparisons to his dad, LeBron James, with a reminiscent coast-to-coast play in the fourth quarter of the game.

James grabbed a contested rebound on the defensive end and pushed the tempo to get downcourt and attack the rim on the offensive side of the ball, something that has grown into a trademark of his father's game.
