Bronny James will be suited up for the 2024 NBA draft at the Barclays Center. The eldest son of LeBron James is hoping to get his name called, and he's giving one last push to solidify his name. On Monday, he might have presented one more case for himself when he stunned his father and his brother Bryce with an ankle breaker.
The father-son trio went for a full workout with Chris Brickley in New York. During the workout, Bronny James, his LA Lakers star father and his younger brother Bryce James dunked, shot 3-pointers and showcased their plays against defenders.
At one point, Bronny made a play that only stunned his four-time NBA champion father and his brother Bryce but everyone in the gym. He received the ball and faked the movement on his defender almost leaving him on the floor.

It was an elite move and perhaps shows the growth the son of the Lakers superstar has gone through in the last few months. In February, he had been left out of ESPN's mock draft (after being seen as a first-rounder in the same mock draft a year earlier). However, since he participated in the draft combine, his prospects have turned around.
So far he has worked out for the Lakers and the Phoenix Suns. However, there have been reports of several other teams like the Dallas Mavericks interested in him to bring in James, who has to decide on his player option.
Rich Paul names three teams that could draft Bronny James in 2024 NBA draft
There is still no surety where LeBron James’ son Bronny James will land in the 2024 NBA draft.
There has been noise around the league that the Lakers would be interested in drafting Bronny to keep his father happy. However, Bronny’s and LeBron's agent, Rich Paul, is indicating something else.
In a conversation with ESPN this week, Paul hinted that the Dallas Mavericks might select Bronny. Paul said that Mavs general manager Nico Harrison is like an “uncle” to James’ son.
He also said that the Minnesota Timberwolves and the Toronto Raptors would also love to draft James.
The Mavs have the 58th pick, and the Timberwolves have the No. 27 and 37 picks in the draft. The Raptors have the 19th and 31st picks. It will be interesting to see if one of these teams will take a chance on Bronny James.
