After the Dallas Mavericks' resounding win over the Boston Celtics in Game 4 of the NBA Finals, the fathers of Kyrie Irving and Jayson Tatum had a brief conversation. Drederick Irving and Justin Tatum met up after the game and had a great moment in front of some fans.

In the video below taken last night after Game 4, Drederick and Tatum were exchanging pleasantries outside the American Airlines Center. There were fans who took pictures and videos of the interaction between the proud fathers of All-Star players.

Drederick was wearing a white Anta shirt, which is not surprising considering Kyrie is the brand's Chief Creative Officer. Justin, on the other hand, was rocking Jayson's Boston Celtics jersey. It was probably a disappointing night for the head coach of the Illawarra Hawks after a disastrous performance by the Celtics.

While it was nice to see Drederick Irving and Justin Tatum catch up after Game 4, the result was not the result the Boston Celtics wanted. They were one win away from winning their 18th NBA championship, but came out flat the entire game. It was a disheartening effort from Boston that might prove costly.

The Dallas Mavericks suddenly have momentum after an outstanding 122-84 win on Saturday night. They were firing on all cylinders led by Luka Doncic and Kyrie Irving. Doncic finished with 29 points, five rebounds and five assists, while Irving had 21 points, four rebounds and six assists.

On the other hand, Jayson Tatum was limited to just 15 points and five rebounds. It was a tough night for the Celtics, who are still favored to win the series. However, the pressure is all on them to put the Mavs away in Game 5 since the series shifts back to Dallas if they lose.

A huge weight has been lifted off of Kyrie Irving's shoulders after the Dallas Mavericks' blowout win over the Boston Celtics in Game 4 of the NBA Finals. Irving has snapped a 13-game losing streak against the Celtics that started a few years ago when his rivalry with the franchise escalated.

"It's taken time, I can tell you that. It's difficult because as a competitor you try not to display all your emotions out there to give an edge," Irving said after the game. [H/T NBA.com]

Irving credited his teammates for helping the Mavs get the win. It's a team game after all and not just about an individual. Luka Doncic had a game-high 29 points, while Tim Hardaway Jr. had 15 points, Dereck Lively II contributed a double-double of 11 points and 12 rebounds, and Dante Exum scored 10 off the bench.
