With Bronny James continuing to prepare for the 2024 NBA Draft, LeBron James' other son, Bryce, is still honing his skill set on the court. During a ball game at Nike's Elite Youth Basketball, James was in a matchup against the team involving Carmelo Anthony's son, Kiyan Anthony. Interestingly, the LA Lakers star was caught on video assisting his son's team.
The video was shared on X by NBA Future Starts Now (@nbafuturenow):
With the kind of work that the four-time MVP put in to reach the level he was when he arrived in the NBA, his sons with basketball aspirations are following suit with the same work process. Additionally, it's also to their advantage to have one of the greatest basketball players of all time as their father.

Similar to his support for Bronny James' goal to reach the NBA, LeBron is doing the same by not just showing up to Bryce's games but also providing some guidance.
Additionally, 247Sports listed that the young James has already received offers from Duquesne and Ohio State. Meanwhile, his brother, Bronny, completed his first season with the USC Trojans, averaging 4.8 points (36.6% shooting).
LeBron James jokingly gets called "trash" by Bryce during a shooting contest in their backyard
During a shooting contest between LeBron James and Bryce, X user LeBronchitis (@LeGonechitis) shared the back-and-forth action between the two. Hilariously, Bryce James was feeling confident and wanted to talk some trash to the LA Lakers forward.
The shooting drill involved some shotmaking from deep range to make the whole ordeal all the more challenging. Despite LeBron James comfortably knocking down shots with ease, Bryce kept chirping with the hopes of distracting his father. However, the four-time NBA champion was unfazed by his son's distraction tactics.
After making another deep shot, James hilariously questioned the effectiveness of what his son was doing.
"Why you acting like that? Like this ain't what I do," James said. "This is what I do, I'm GOAT, bro. What are you talking about? Stop playing with me, man."
Under the context of casual shooting, it made the challenge all the more easy for someone of LeBron James' caliber. When placed under the context of how his 3-point shot has looked in the league, the 20-time NBA All-Star has shot 34.8% from beyond the arc in the 21 seasons he's played in the league.
Meanwhile, Bryce James did not shy away from the challenge as he also showed his shotmaking capabilities from beyond the arc. However, it wasn't as automatic compared to how his father shot the rock.
Be that as it may, it was a friendly back-and-forth contest between the father and son as they shared a wholesome moment in the backyard of their home.
