LeBron James is currently sidelined due to an adductor injury he sustained earlier this month.
The 18-time All-Star has missed the last five games, and apparently being sidelined is starting to get to him.
During the Lakers showing against the Phoenix Suns on Tuesday night, James was seen practicing his shooting during break time.
What caught the attention for most was the funky jacket he was wearing while watching his team play from the bench.

The jacket has evolved beyond a fashion trend into a symbol of defence, as just about every shot James attempted while wearing it did not make it into the basket. LeBron wasn't able to make too many shots in roughly 40 seconds.
As a result, a video erupted to Twitter of LeBron shooting, but someone dubbed it with whimsical circus-like music to denote the comedy of the amounted misses.
Many are attributing James' unlucky shooting to his jacket. Watching LeBron James miss that many shots in his funky jacket is quickly becoming a meme.
A video shared to Overtime on Twitter documents the meme-like actions perfectly.
A history of LeBron James turning into memes
LeBron James lying
The most recent comical moment for James, was his recollection of Kobe Bryant’s 81-point performance. The public are taking to this video as James lying, or at least exaggerating. People now use James’ face in that video as a meme to statements of sheer exaggerated comedy.
The original video can be seen below.
As a result of the video, the memes that have been created go anywhere from predicting absurd basketball performances to instances in the history of the world.
For instance, one of the more popular renditions is about the Titanic.
James and Reaves’ as Iron Man and Spider-Man
Last season, LeBron was directing Austin Reaves and trying to explain something to him. Reaves’ reaction in the conversation instantly turned into a meme.
The original video was posted by Bleacher Report.
This time, LeBron took the reigns on driving the meme forward and posted it to his own Instagram.
James takes a quote from the movie Spider-Man Homecoming and uses it for his caption:
“Don’t do anything I would do. And definitely don’t do anything I wouldn’t do. There’s a lil gray area in there and that’s where you operate.”
In the movie, Tony Stark, Iron Man, says this to his young protege, Spider-Man. A situation that James found to be similar with him and Reaves.
LeGoggles
Last season, in a game between the Lakers and the Orlando Magic, Dwight Howard tried to save a ball from going out of bounds. Howard ended up whipping the ball into Wendell Carter Jr.’s face, knocking his goggles off.
LeBron then picked them up, placed them on his face and balanced them there, birthing “LeGoggles."
Throughout LeBron James' career, there have been many comical moments that have become memes. These are just some of the many times James has added a little comedy to his game.
The most recent occasion, however, seems to be more of an attack against him. This jacket might be a bad omen.
