The 2024 NBA draft is about to begin on Wednesday night, and prospects like Alex Sarr and Ron Holland are carrying on the tradition of showing up in sharp suits to the event. Sarr, who is projected to go either first or second, rocked a beige outfit while Holland showed up wearing a sparkling black suit.

Both prospects were stopped and filmed ahead of the draft, and they both took the time to rate each other's outfits. Watch the two prospects talk about each other's suits in these clips from the NBA's Instagram account.

While Sarr is expected to be taken first off the board, there's a chance he will drop, but it's unlikely he'll fall out of the top three. Meanwhile, Ron Holland, who was at one point considered the top prospect in the 2024 draft class, has fallen out of the top three. He's still considered to be a lottery pick but he is projected to go between eighth to the San Antonio Spurs and 13th to the Sacramento Kings.

Alex Sarr's projection in the 2024 NBA draft is still up in the air

Unlike last season when the San Antonio Spurs took Victor Wembanyama, there is no consensus No. 1 pick in this iteration of the draft.

While Alex Sarr is certainly one of the players that could go No. 1, his fellow Frenchman Zaccharie Risacher could be taken with the first pick.

One factor that puts Risacher ahead of Sarr is that Sarr declined to do a private workout with the Atlanta Hawks, who have the first pick.

As such, Sarr could end up going No. 2 to the Washington Wizards, who are undoubtedly in a rebuilding phase as opposed to the Hawks, who are arguably just in the process of re-tooling.

While Sarr could miss out on teaming up with both or either one of Dejounte Murray or Trae Young if he goes to the Hawks, he will get the chance to team up with champions with the Wizards.

Currently, the Wizards have Kyle Kuzma, who won a title with the LA Lakers in 2020 as well as Jordan Poole, who was a part of the 2022 Golden State Warriors.

However, there has been some buzz generated around the San Antonio Spurs wanting to pair Alex Sarr with Victor Wembanyama, although these reports are unconfirmed.

The Spurs have the fourth pick, but it's unlikely that Sarr is still on the board at that time. If the Spurs are serious about pairing two 7-footers, they will likely have to trade the fourth pick away as well as other players.
