The LA Lakers' playoff journey is about to end as they lost 119-108 to the Denver Nuggets in Game 3 of the Western Conference finals.

Despite their efforts to keep the game close the entire night, Jamal Murray was too much to handle for the Purple and Gold. He was hot from start to finish and there was nothing LA could do to stop him.

Denver Nuggets v Los Angeles Lakers - Game Three

The LA Lakers are now in a sticky situation after losing to the Denver Nuggets in Game 3 on Saturday. Now being down 0-3 in the Western Conference Finals, it'll be a bit tricky for the Lakers to make a comeback. While winning the series in seven games isn't impossible, it isn't an easy feat to accomplish.

Both Anthony Davis and LeBron James managed to come up with double-double outings, except it wasn't enough to match Jamal Murray's scorching hot performance.

Davis had 28 points and 18 rebounds, while James put up 23 points and 12 assists. Meanwhile, Murray added 37 points, seven rebounds, six assists and two steals. He did all this while shooting an efficient 51.7% from the field.
